Queue Beer

Queue Beer is the culmination of a decade’s worth of craft beer experience, forged in what became a nationally recognized bottle shop and tap room (Carmine Street Beers). It represents our next steps forward, as we strive to bring our own personal touch to another borough, with a focus on establishing this new space as another permanent fixture in New York City beer culture, and beyond.

Our goal is to host the finest craft breweries the city has access to in a welcoming, warm, and relaxed setting for beer fans, to create and maintain thoughtful and diverse menus for wine and cider fans, and to become a staple hangout in our neighborhood.

The name “Queue Beer” was chosen to pay homage to beer lines everywhere, but primarily the famous one that wraps right around us every time our neighbors at Other Half have a special release.

We hope you enjoy the journey we’re undertaking as much as we’ll enjoy serving you. See you in our Queue!

Canal Champagne

Canal Champagne is the signature specialty of Queue Beer. We think you’ll agree that it is the finest pour of Miller High Life in the USA. With custom artwork made by local illustrator Adam Mims, this pour goes above and beyond a traditional house beer in more than a few ways.

Not only is it a dream to drink, but it’s also a charitable endeavor. A portion of the proceeds for each keg poured will be donated to our friends at the Gowanus Canal Conservancy, a non-profit dedicated to advocating and caring for ecologically sustainable parks and public spaces in the Gowanus lowlands while empowering a community of stewards.

Rarely poured on clean draft lines and further upgraded by a Czech-style Lukr faucet, Canal Champagne is set to become a local brewer and bartender staple. Expect to be pleasantly surprised by the rich, dense foam found in a traditional Hladinka pour combined with the crispness for the base beer. Or, mention you saw this page for access to our off-menu Mliko pour for a tasteful dessert-like experience.

Sip it with neighborhood pride and enjoy it knowing you did your good deed for the day.
