The Start of the Queue
Queue Beer grew from a decade of craft beer passion at Carmine Street Beers in Manhattan. We’ve brought that same dedication and palate to Carroll Gardens, creating more than a bar—we’re building a true neighborhood home for New York City’s vibrant beer culture.
The name Queue Beer is a playful nod to the legendary lines that form for special releases in this city. It reflects the community spirit that has always driven great craft beer in New York.
We showcase the finest brews with 24 rotating taps and more than 80 cans, hand-selected from the best breweries the city and beyond have to offer. Our side-poured Guinness has earned a loyal following for its precise, traditional presentation, while Canal Champagne continues to set the standard as the best pour of Miller High Life anywhere in NYC.
Diversity in every glass matters here. If beer isn’t your preference, we’ve curated an equally thoughtful selection of wines, craft ciders, and fine sipping spirits—bourbon, rum, tequila, and more.
Whether you’re a dedicated hop enthusiast or simply curious, our doors are open. We’ve created a relaxed, welcoming space where great beer tastes even better with good company. Neighbors become friends, and friends become family. Your spot in the queue is waiting.
